Responsibilities
Review and analyze retailers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), vendor guides, and contracts to identify compliance and supply chain requirements
Organize extracted data into a structured Excel document
Validate the accuracy and completeness of extracted data by cross-referencing source documents
Collaborate with Compliance, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to clarify ambiguous requirements
Maintain version control and ensure all updates are properly documented
Requirements
Bilingual (FR/EN)
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formatting, data validation, pivot tables)
Experience in retailer compliance or supply chain processes is an asset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills to clarify requirements with internal teams
Previous experience in data extraction, contract analysis, retail distribution, and/or compliance
Knowledge of Canadian retailers (e.g., Loblaws, Sobeys, Costco, Shoppers Drug Mart) is an asset
Self-directed, organized, and proactive; enjoys taking on challenges, managing priorities, and building strong field relationships.
