Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field.
- 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
- Instructional Design Software.
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- Project Management Certification (preferred).
- Project management experience (preferred).
- Six Sigma certification (preferred).
