Responsible for a portfolio of real estate and civil litigation.
Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio.
Negotiating and concluding settlements.
Maintaining entries in the firm's and client's systems.
Monitoring case progress and court deadlines.
Performing other routine portfolio-related activities.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate studies in the field of practice preferred.
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law.
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory).
Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
