About the role
- Real estate lawyer managing civil and real estate litigation, preparing legal documentation and finalizing agreements. Responsibility includes process oversight and routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a portfolio of real estate and civil litigation.
- Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio.
- Negotiating and concluding settlements.
- Maintaining entries in the firm's and client's systems.
- Monitoring case progress and court deadlines.
- Performing other routine portfolio-related activities.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association).
- Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate studies in the field of practice preferred.

- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory).
