About the role

• Advogado(a) Pleno em Contencioso Estratégico em Direito Administrativo no escritório em Curitiba. Envolver-se em processos judiciais e oferecer consultoria jurídica aos clientes.

Responsibilities

• Act in litigation, focusing on drafting pleadings and technical filings;
• Conduct legal analyses on matters relevant to the client’s or firm’s practice;
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and case-related diligences as necessary;
• Draft and review contracts, legal notices, and legal opinions;
• Assist in the development of legal strategies under the supervision of a senior attorney or coordinator;
• Monitor procedural deadlines and ensure accurate updating of legal case management systems;
• Participate in internal trainings and events to promote continuous technical development.

Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
• Strong theoretical background and analytical skills;
• Organized and proactive;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Familiarity with case management tools and legal information systems.
• Differentials:
• Postgraduate degree (lato sensu or stricto sensu) in Administrative Law and/or Civil Procedure;
• Proficiency in English, especially in legal contexts.
