Responsibilities
You are responsible for leading our Advisory Center in Minden, as well as holding overarching leadership responsibility for the Eisbergen and Hahlen locations, and you support management in achieving sales targets.
Together with your team you strengthen our market position, identify potential, and implement targeted sales initiatives.
You ensure comprehensive, needs-based advice for our customers—especially in the area of financing.
As a manager you plan and steer with a profit- and risk-oriented focus, develop your team further, and promote commitment, customer service orientation, and identification with our goals.
You ensure smooth processes, implement central market outreach initiatives, and contribute your own ideas to further develop the locations.
In addition, you actively represent the bank in the region and expand networks with customers and partners.
You take responsibility for the lending/credit area.
Requirements
Completed banking apprenticeship and solid market and sales experience
Comprehensive knowledge of lending/credit business
Deep understanding of the strategic significance of your area of responsibility as well as internal structures and processes
Experience in holistic customer advisory using modern advisory tools
Knowledge of future developments in relevant customer segments and of processes in standardized customer business
Confident leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
