TA Manager owning talent acquisition and people operations for a fast scaling SaaS company. Building HR processes and collaborating with leadership while enhancing structure.
Responsibilities
Own end to end Talent Acquisition across all roles
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive strong hiring decisions
Proactively source and engage candidates rather than relying on inbound or external recruiters
Build and maintain a strong and long term talent pipeline for key roles
Run structured and high quality interview processes
Own onboarding and offboarding together with managers and internal stakeholders
Drive and improve People Operations processes, documentation and tools
Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers and leadership
Use automation and AI to create leverage and reduce manual work
Requirements
Experience in Talent Acquisition and or People Operations in a scaleup or growth company
Proven track record of running recruitments end to end including sourcing
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers
Clear and confident communication skills in English. Swedish is a strong plus
Experience working with modern HR and recruitment tools.
Interest in automation and AI is expected
