- Own end to end Talent Acquisition across all roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive strong hiring decisions
- Proactively source and engage candidates rather than relying on inbound or external recruiters
- Build and maintain a strong and long term talent pipeline for key roles
- Run structured and high quality interview processes
- Own onboarding and offboarding together with managers and internal stakeholders
- Drive and improve People Operations processes, documentation and tools
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers and leadership
- Use automation and AI to create leverage and reduce manual work
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and or People Operations in a scaleup or growth company
- Proven track record of running recruitments end to end including sourcing
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers
- Clear and confident communication skills in English. Swedish is a strong plus
- Experience working with modern HR and recruitment tools.
- Interest in automation and AI is expected
