Ensure the optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee websites.
Continuously track and analyze performance at each step of the customer journey.
Propose and coordinate actions to improve customer journey in collaboration with tech and other business teams.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital projects coordination
Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use various sources of data to build a global vision.
Results-oriented, with a strong ability to identify process weaknesses and drive improvements.
A solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, from initial customer touchpoints through to purchase and post-sales contacts.
Comfortable working with diverse teams, including IT, UX, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial, and operational.
Leadership skills: able to challenge and influence others, positively manage change.
Proactive, organized, and autonomous, with the ability to move projects forward.
Fluent English is required. International experience is a plus
