Marketing project manager overseeing projects to boost sales across Europe for Veepee. Focused on trade marketing strategies in collaboration with various teams and brands.
Responsibilities
Within the European Market, reporting to the Europe Marketing Department, your main mission will be to manage marketing projects to support sales performance across different markets (France, Italy, Spain, Germany and Belgium) in line with group marketing objectives.
Propose and deliver brand trade marketing activations aligned with the priorities of the 2026 marketing plan across the various platforms and sectors.
Develop and lead the cross-functional Trade activation plan by promoting Veepee’s DNA and prioritizing actions (trade marketing contribution, creativity, positioning and brand image).
Coordinate and bring together the different stakeholders supporting these activations (brands, Design, Agency, Planning, CRM, International), providing them with all relevant information in a timely manner and ensuring proper follow-up.
Ensure operational excellence of deliverables and their online deployment.
Monthly analysis and reporting of activities to measure their effectiveness and define corrective actions to increase trade marketing contribution.
Record budgetary expenses related to events and ensure their ROI.
Drive member engagement through internal and external communication tools in line with the overall strategy (push, email, social media, PR, partnerships, ...).
Identify and implement CRM activations for your activations/projects, taking into account past analyses and performance.
Write email content, prepare briefs for creative teams, and handle configuration and setup.
Support cross-functional teams (CRM, PR, Social Media) by providing Veepee and cross-functional expertise, assisting with creative briefs and campaign setup when needed.
Ensure operational excellence of the member experience and propose corrective actions or new ideas to improve associated performance.
Project scoping, planning, scheduling and tracking progress: define deliverables, prioritize, validate, meet deadlines and respect budgets.
Coordinate and support operational and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.
Ensure operational excellence of the member experience and propose corrective actions or new ideas to improve performance on Veepee.
Analyze the performance of each project and propose action plans to improve KPIs.
Ensure proper execution of the B2B strategy and support the commercial teams to address brands’ trade marketing needs and share reports and analyses of initiatives with the brands.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) ideally with a first internship in marketing
Knowledge of project management
Competitive monitoring of consumer trends
Strong interest in brand environments
Basic knowledge of commercial and marketing analysis techniques
Proficiency with IT tools, notably Microsoft Office and G Suite
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
