Responsibilities
Identify, gather and analyze business needs (through interviews, workshops, surveys, observations, etc.) and prioritize them together with the Product Owner
Contribute to identifying solutions and required configurations (translate requirements/changes into techno-functional solutions, write specifications, identify and address functional, technical, legal, data, security, and process dependencies, etc.)
Lead testing activities (from organization to validation by defining acceptance criteria, drafting test plans, coordinating defect resolution, etc.)
Support users through the changes in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent, training, etc.)
Contribute to the governance of deployed solutions and features
Requirements
A higher education degree in IT (HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, etc.)
Strong technical-functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Copilot, etc.)
Minimum of five years’ experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in IT missions/projects, or business projects with a significant technological and transformation component
Strong analytical skills
Excellent command of agile methodologies, ITIL processes and modeling methods (BPMN, UML, user stories)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with change management, in particular the Prosci methodology (ADKAR) as applied in our organization
Full professional proficiency in French (spoken and written) and a minimum B2 level in English. German is a plus.
