About the role
- Payroll Specialist responsible for monthly payroll and liaising with clients on payroll-related matters. Contributing to strategic advancement of payroll processes with a focus on digitization and optimization.
Responsibilities

- Unterstützen der Kollegen mit lohnrelevanten Daten
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Lohnbuchhaltung/Payroll
- Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Steuerberatung, Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gerne auch mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Fachassistent/-in Lohn und Gehalt
- Berufliche Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsgesetzes
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV (Lohn und Gehalt oder LODAS) und Personalmanagement-Tools
- Fähigkeit, dich an neue Situationen anzupassen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, kreative Impulse und Veränderungsbereitschaft
