Responsibilities
Consults on and manages new learning and development techniques and programs
Suggests enhancements to existing learning and development programs
Coordinates timelines, resources, and decisions to successfully deliver program goals
Oversees relationships with vendors to ensure crew participation in outside learning and development programs
Defines metrics to measure success of vendor relationships
Executes on strategic business plans for the learning and development team
Tracks progress against key milestones and adjusts plans as needed
Delivers on the design and development of learning plans, materials, and modules
Measures learning and development programs and results
Maintains relationships across program stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum of eight years related work experience
At least three years of learning and development experience
At least three years of project management experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
