About the role

  • Senior Manager leading a new Sales Regulatory Enablement function for Vanguard's distribution strategies. Managing a team of Regulatory Specialists and Project Managers to ensure compliance and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
  • Manages cross-divisional programs or multiple workstreams
  • Creates and maintains a multi-year program strategy
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites and departments
  • Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years related business experience
  • At least four years of project management experience
  • Previous people-leadership experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑divisional programs
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Experience managing risk, control, and financial oversight
  • Financial services and/or sales environment experience strongly preferred
