About the role
- Application Manager SAP HCM responsible for SAP HCM applications and digital HR projects in Bern. Focus on personnel administration and collaboration with stakeholders in HR digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Support and further development of SAP HCM applications with a focus on personnel administration, organizational management, and payroll
- Ensuring end-to-end HR processes including interfaces, reporting, and statutory requirements
- Responsibility for customizing, error analysis, and test design in the HCM area
- Coordination with stakeholders from business units, IT, and external partners
- Contributing to change and release management, quality assurance, and integration into SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems
- Active participation in projects for HR digitization and process optimization
Requirements
- Several years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY)
- Experience with SAP reports, SAP Query, and ad-hoc analyses
- SAP HCM customizing knowledge, including schema/rule maintenance (PY/BT), integrations with SuccessFactors, Portal & Fiori
- Change and release management experience including requirements analysis, documentation, and test planning
- Quality assurance: reviewing customizing code and coordinating test runs
- Project work: participation in HR digitization projects and implementation of new tools and processes
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; confident handling of competing demands
