About the role
- AI Strategy & Transformation Manager analyzing and implementing AI strategies for improving internal processes and offerings at ValueNet. Leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and take ownership of a company-wide AI strategy that reflects corporate values and data protection requirements
- Analyze and prioritize AI opportunities in internal processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Identify meaningful AI use cases where technology supports people
- Evolve the product and service portfolio based on customer needs and AI-driven innovations
- Create a clear implementation plan and roadmap, including resources, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with executive management, business units, IT, and external partners to monitor market, technology, and regulatory trends
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics/Social Sciences, Digitalization, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, or process/organizational development
- Ability to communicate complex AI topics in a clear, practical, and decision-relevant way
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Responsible handling of sensitive data and adherence to data protection principles
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Very good German language skills (English is an advantage)
