Responsibilities
Conducting market, customer and competitor analyses within the battery ecosystem
Collecting, structuring and interpreting qualitative and quantitative market data
Assisting in strategy development projects, including preparation of analyses, presentations and management-level materials
Contributing to data-driven prioritization and decision-making, helping translate insights into clear recommendations
Supporting new business development and growth initiatives, including opportunity identification in new market segments and their evaluation
Requirements
Ongoing Master’s-level studies or a recent degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering with a business curriculum, or a related field
Ideally, some experience in management consulting or market intelligence in an industrial company
Interest in strategy, market analysis, business development or consulting-type work
Good spoken and written English is required
Finnish and/or German language is seen a plus
Basic understanding of: Market and competitor analysis
Business and financial fundamentals
Data analysis and structured problem-solving
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
An analytical mindset combined with strategic and pragmatic thinking
