About the role
- Transformation Consultant supporting client transformation initiatives for global enterprises. Collaborating with teams to optimize software delivery and driving change management methodologies in the Atlassian ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support client transformation initiatives by working alongside Principal Transformation Consultants and delivery teams
- Ensure smooth project execution and contribute to high-quality deliverables
- Co-develop transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices (e.g., Cloud, ITSM)
- Translate business and IT requirements into clear value propositions and defined project scopes
- Contribute to building reusable approaches, templates, and frameworks
- Prepare communication materials, workshops, and training sessions for clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiatives
- Support strategic planning and proposal efforts in close collaboration with sales and senior consultants
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and contributing to account growth
- Strong interest in change management, communications, and user adoption
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable, proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
