Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions integrating Salesforce with other systems.
Lead architectural discussions, decisions, and documentation for Salesforce and related technologies.
Oversee the Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and frameworks.
Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production deployments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, limitations, and roadmaps to advise on future projects.
Develop and enforce best practices and standards for Salesforce development and architecture.
Evaluate new technologies and add-ons for adoption into Salesforce and full-stack development projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce and associated full-stack applications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 10 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.
At least 10 years experience with developing and implementing applications.
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales/Service Cloud, data modeling, security, and governor limits
Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise solutions translating complex business needs into technical architectures
Strong command of Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities (Flows, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
Experience designing and governing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and Salesforce integration patterns
Architectural experience with identity management, data migration, and large data volume (LDV) solutions
Experience establishing DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance using Git, Salesforce DX, and Metadata API
Salesforce Architect certifications (System or Application Architect) preferred
Ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders
