Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Lead architectural discussions, decisions, and documentation for Salesforce and related technologies.
- Oversee the Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and frameworks.
- Manage Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production deployments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, limitations, and roadmaps to advise on future projects.
- Develop and enforce best practices and standards for Salesforce development and architecture.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-ons for adoption into Salesforce and full-stack development projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce and associated full-stack applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.
- At least 10 years experience with developing and implementing applications.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales/Service Cloud, data modeling, security, and governor limits
- Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise solutions translating complex business needs into technical architectures
- Strong command of Salesforce declarative and programmatic capabilities (Flows, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
- Experience designing and governing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and Salesforce integration patterns
- Architectural experience with identity management, data migration, and large data volume (LDV) solutions
- Experience establishing DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance using Git, Salesforce DX, and Metadata API
- Salesforce Architect certifications (System or Application Architect) preferred
- Ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders
