About the role
- CenPOS Solution Engineer integrating payment solutions at U.S. Bank. Collaborating with teams to capture requirements and ensure successful integration with products and systems.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
- Assigned projects may be general product delivery, partner integration or systems related in nature.
- Interfaces with internal and external customers to capture requirements, define solution delivery and manage technical resource discussions.
- Responsible for ensuring a successful integration with Elavon products and/or systems.
Requirements
- Two to three years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in customer-facing technical sales, consulting, or product delivery activities
- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Experience with Acquiring Partner Integrations
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Prior experience working with web services (SOAP & REST), java script, CSS, etc.
- Ability to listen actively, define and document solution design details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience using debugging tools like Fiddler, Charles, and browser Dev Tools
