Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and system owner for Total Expert.

Serve as an escalation resource for loan officers and internal teams.
Track and report on CRM usage, adoption, and digital marketing performance metrics.

Requirements
Experience in Total Expert a must
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, online reputation management, or digital advertising is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong understanding of mortgage sales and marketing workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
