About the role
- Associate Consultant developing brand strategies and conducting customer research for healthcare clients. Working collaboratively in a supportive team environment to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Receive exposure to a broad mix of projects – customer research vs. strategy, larger vs. smaller, global vs. domestic
- Integrally involved in projects, working closely as the key support to more senior members of the project team
- Take ownership for specific tasks within a project, with support and oversight from more experienced colleagues
- Involved in designing, conducting, analyzing and presenting primary customer research
- Providing project management assistance to the project leader
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or advanced degree – this should include life sciences, possibly with business/marketing component
- Previous experience in consulting, strategic customer research or brand strategy is required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word
