Requirements
A master’s degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent field of studies
A strong commercial track record of successfully leading an international, multi-country, market-facing organization preferably in pulp or tissue
Effective customer relationships and sales growth
Strong personal drive and practical business capability to lead a business to long-term success
Change readiness, agility and adaptability
Collaborative and inclusive leader who listens, supports others and empowers them
Fluent in English with additional European language skills.
