Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal dashboards, applications, workflows, and automations using Retool and other modern tooling platforms.
- Develop scripts, queries, and lightweight technical solutions to support a wide range of business and operational needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across different teams to understand pain points, gather requirements, and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes, increase efficiency, and raise the quality of day-to-day operations across the company.
- Use AI-based tools and applications to accelerate development, problem-solving, and iteration.
- Support the ongoing improvement and maintenance of internal tools used by teams across the organization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have already completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience building internal tools, automations, or operational systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Solid coding ability and comfort building scripts, queries, or lightweight applications. Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus, but deep expertise in any specific language is not required.
- Familiarity with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of core software development practices, including testing, debugging, and version control.
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools and applications such as Cursor, Base44, or similar tools as part of day-to-day work.
- A builder mindset, with the curiosity and initiative to spot opportunities and turn ideas into useful, working solutions.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, easy-to-use tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
