Responsibilities
- Support and operate Oracle Cloud SCM modules
- Ensure continuity, stability, and correct execution of Supply Chain processes
- Analyze and resolve incidents, questions, and functional requests related to Oracle SCM
- Support key users and business areas in the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Interact with technical and functional teams and global stakeholders in English
- Follow the standards, processes, and best practices defined by the project and organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant
- Experience in projects or operations with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes
- Advanced or fluent English for professional communication
- Ability to work autonomously on functional support activities
- Availability to be on-site in Santos, SP twice a week during the specified period
- Previous experience in AMS projects, support, or temporary coverage (preferred)
- Experience in global corporate environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of Oracle SCM integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (preferred)
