About the role

• NOC Analyst monitoring AMI solutions for water supply utilities in night shifts. Handling incident support, evaluations, and generating performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Centrally monitor the AMI solution, providing first-line incident response, event communication and control.
• Support remote certifications for replacement of smart water meters, assisting field technicians.
• Perform assessment and diagnosis of incidents, performance events and problems.
• Generate reports on technical, service and contractual indicators (KPIs).
• Respond to requests from automation and development teams for digitizing operational processes, performing acceptance (homologation) testing and evaluating new smart meter manufacturers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a night NOC or rotating-shift environment.
• Experience providing customer support for IoT systems, including diagnosing issues and validating repairs.
• Full availability for a 12x36 night shift schedule (e.g., 19:00–07:00), with tolerance for on-call duties in mission-critical environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or similar.
• Experience with AMI systems, such as SICONIA (Sagemcom) or similar platforms, for smart water metering with remote monitoring and analytics.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, SolarWinds), IoT networking and process automation.
• Familiarity with smart water meters and utility projects (e.g., Sabesp).
