About the role

- Act as an intermediary between HR and IT to identify innovative solutions.

Requirements
- Committed and curious, with a desire to work on innovative topics.
- University degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
- Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- High willingness to travel for national and international project assignments.
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written; French is a plus.
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Technically savvy with strong communication skills.
