Responsibilities
Support institutional objectives by delivering work aligned with TSTC priorities and operational standards across West Texas service regions
Contribute to strategic relationship development with K–12 education systems, Education Service Centers, school districts, and regional education leaders
Identify opportunities that support enrollment growth, strengthen educational partnerships, and advance workforce-aligned initiatives
Represent TSTC at various meetings and community events
Build awareness and trust with various education leaders regarding TSTC’s workforce-driven mission and student outcomes
Submits qualified partnership opportunities to appropriate internal teams
Support institutional growth objectives by strengthening early-stage relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education
3-5 years communications, business, workforce development, or related field experience
Experience in outreach, relationship development, recruitment, education partnerships, workforce engagement, or related external-facing work
Ability to work independently across a large geographic region
Ability to travel extensively, with travel requirements potentially exceeding sixty percent of work time
