About the role

  • Regional Education Partnerships Senior Manager responsible for enhancing education partnerships and supporting enrollment growth at TSTC across West Texas. Engaging with K–12 systems and ensuring workforce alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Support institutional objectives by delivering work aligned with TSTC priorities and operational standards across West Texas service regions
  • Contribute to strategic relationship development with K–12 education systems, Education Service Centers, school districts, and regional education leaders
  • Identify opportunities that support enrollment growth, strengthen educational partnerships, and advance workforce-aligned initiatives
  • Represent TSTC at various meetings and community events
  • Build awareness and trust with various education leaders regarding TSTC’s workforce-driven mission and student outcomes
  • Submits qualified partnership opportunities to appropriate internal teams
  • Support institutional growth objectives by strengthening early-stage relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education
  • 3-5 years communications, business, workforce development, or related field experience
  • Experience in outreach, relationship development, recruitment, education partnerships, workforce engagement, or related external-facing work
  • Ability to work independently across a large geographic region
  • Ability to travel extensively, with travel requirements potentially exceeding sixty percent of work time
