About the role
- QC Intern supporting the Tech Team at an Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in SEA. Collaborating on testing activities and product quality assurance in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Clarify requirements and specifications, provide feedback, and design test cases in detail.
- Execute all testing activities to improve product quality and work closely with the team to deliver the product successfully.
- Learn and research all popular testing types and apply them to the actual project.
- Participate in key meetings throughout the software testing process.
- Collaborate with developers on the backlog items and incidents.
- Report issues and follow up until the release in the DEV and Beta environments.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams closely (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Directly report to the PM/QC lead.
Requirements
- Third-year university student majoring in information technology.
- Proactive in work with a high sense of responsibility.
- Understanding of the software life-cycle, especially Agile-Scrum.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with teams at work.
- Good English in verbal and written.
