Responsibilities
- Strategic market analysis and intelligence - Conduct studies to identify trends, future demand, regulations, competitor activity and growth opportunities; support strategic decisions for product development;
- Product line management - equipment, controls, automation, indoor air quality, selection and software;
- Integration with global teams - Attend meetings with national and international engineering, product, research and development teams;
- Support for Sales, Marketing, Services, Application Engineering, Training Center, Import and Manufacturing;
- Development of promotional and communication materials such as product catalogs and presentations, including translations and adaptations for the local market;
- Definition of product technical specifications;
- Product registration, tax classification and compliance with national regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related);
- Previous experience with direct- and indirect-expansion HVAC systems;
- Knowledge of communication networks (LAN/Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet) and automation/control systems;
- Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence and product engineering;
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (ABNT, ISO, ASHRAE, AHRI, REHVA, etc.);
- Advanced English (required for interactions with global teams);
- Analytical skills and strategic vision;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Collaborative, results-oriented profile;
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Power BI and similar tools;
- Experience analyzing projects in CAD;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
