Responsibilities
Develop and manage the overall onboarding events to maximize the profitability of the Firm's investment in newly-recruited Wealth teammates.
Develop and oversee Wealth Brokerage Onboarding and Transition Managers and Wealth Onboarding Specialists.
Oversees coordinating of all onboarding events and works with Divisional Directors, Complex Directors and Managing Directors for any issues that may arise.
Reviews and maintains content on Onboarding and Training website.
Works with management and other key areas for continued development of onboarding process.
Review of post onboarding activities.
Works closely with Truist Wealth Director of Development for any reports or special projects needed by management.
Ability to travel for meetings and help with onsite onboarding if needed.
Coaching and developing Wealth Brokerage Onboarding and Transition Managers and Wealth Onboarding Specialists.
Tracks onboarding expenses and onboarding stats to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and related training
Seven years of broker/dealer or financial services industry experience. Strong understanding Wealth products, services, operations and systems.
Five years of management experience mentoring, training and developing other teammates
