About the role
- Junior Product Manager at Clipwire Games supporting live ops titles and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analyzing data, assisting feature development, and optimizing game performance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a Product Director to support feature development and iteration
- Support the creation of short to mid-term product roadmaps and event cycles
- Analyse game data, player behaviour, and experiment results using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL
- Prepare insights, summaries and recommendations for product reviews
- Measure and monitor key product KPIs including retention, monetisation, and engagement, and help define new metrics
- Assist in the development and rollout of features, events and live ops content
- Evaluate feature performance post-launch and identify improvement opportunities
- Support A/B testing and experimentation processes
- Help create dashboards for internal and external teams to visual game data
Requirements
- Strong interest in mobile games and product development
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets required; SQL is a plus)
- Ability to break down complex problems and ask thoughtful questions
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- 1-2 years of experience in product, games, tech, consulting, or analytics
- Experience with mobile games, live ops, or free-to-play mechanics is an asset
