Responsibilities
Spearhead the global onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless entry into our digital ecosystem
Manage high-impact pipeline reporting and deal registrations within the partner portal to drive sales accuracy
Solve complex partner queries and PRM tool issues to maintain high levels of engagement and operational efficiency
Analyze critical tool metrics and usage data to provide actionable insights for sales leadership
Facilitate the partner learning journey by managing global access to essential enablement and training materials
Requirements
Proven expertise in data analysis, data validation, and resolving complex stakeholder queries
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and senior internal managers
Experience managing or supporting digital platforms, partner portals, or PRM tools
Experience specifically within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry (Bonus Points)
Familiarity with lead routing methodologies and CRM integration (Bonus Points)
