Responsibilities
- Coordinarás y darás seguimiento a una nueva plataforma
- Alinear negocio, IT y marketing para optimizar la experiencia de cliente en la nueva APP
- Realizarás la comprobación sobre el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de red y de talleres a través de la plataforma.
- Comprobarás el cumplimiento de los procesos adecuados.
- Analizarás el reporte de datos de la información de la APP en cuanto a promociones, campañas y usuarios.
- Efectuarás todo el seguimiento del cliente sobre el programa hasta el establecimiento de estadísticas y datos.
- Tendrás contacto con proveedores para los beneficios del programa (chequeo de criterio de consecución de puntos de usuarios…)
- Establecerás la actualización del business case del programa a posteriori.
- Realizarás el acompañamiento a reuniones para avances de nuevos productos.
Requirements
- Formación Universitaria
- Valorable: experiencia en dpto. de postventa.
- Nivel alto de Excel
- Inglés mínimo B2.
