Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
Results-oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,
Strong presentation and documentation abilities,
Team-oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required,
Good command of English (written and verbal).
