Requirements
A bachelors degree in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or related field.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM systems) and basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
