About the role

  • Legal Practice Assistant coordinating travel and managing client communications at Torys LLP. Providing administrative support and ensuring efficient practice operations in Toronto office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as key contact for all matters relating to coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Handle and review all incoming mail, email, and other communications
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and direct calls
  • Provide backup support for other Legal Practice Assistants when needed
  • Prepare and review invoices and manage billing processes

Requirements

  • Legal Assistant diploma or post-secondary degree/diploma in Office Administration is required
  • 5+ years related experience, preferably within a legal professional services firm
  • Must have strong knowledge of legal terms, documents and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office product suite
