About the role
- Chief of Staff role coordinating PMI strategic projects in a Microsoft Cloud Solutions company. Directly supporting CEO and driving key initiatives for organizational success.
Responsibilities
- You lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
- You manage the integration workstreams, track progress, oversee risks and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- You prepare executive briefings, analyses, presentations and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- You design and refine CEO routines, leadership cadences as well as reporting and governance structures.
- You act as the central interface between the CEO, the leadership team, shareholders, partners and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) language skills.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally at a boutique or mid-sized firm.
- Solid PMI experience from multiple integration or transformation projects (e.g., carve-outs, system harmonization, organizational integration, synergy tracking).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex issues clearly and prepare concise outputs.
- High affinity for technology, digital business models and dynamic environments.
- A down-to-earth, pragmatic mindset as well as high reliability and integrity.
- Strong ownership mentality, a structured working style and resilience under pressure.
