About the role

Responsibilities
- Sparring partner for the founder

- Conduct deep research and analysis to support key business initiatives
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports (PPTs, memos, dashboards)
- Own special projects from concept to execution
- Contribute to operational excellence and process optimization
- Proactively identify opportunities and seek better outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset — hands-on, adaptable and curious
- Passion for startups and ideally an aspiration to become a founder yourself
- Pragmatic yet creative — able to develop creative solutions for complex tasks
- Strong interest in marketing and the ability to empathize with customers
- Passion for dogs and other pets
