Founders Associate in a growing Digital Health startup helping companies improve employee health through innovative solutions. Involved in sales, customer support, and operations.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline: You identify target companies (with employee restaurants) and the right contacts (corporate health management / BGM / HR / benefits) and systematically build a pipeline (LinkedIn, email, phone)
Discovery & Qualification: You conduct initial calls, clarify needs and check key prerequisites (e.g., employee restaurant in place, digital menu data available, an internal champion such as a Health Manager/BGM)
Appointment Scheduling & Preparation: You organize qualified meetings/demos and prepare clean handovers — closing is handled by the Co‑Founder
CRM & Learnings: You document activities in HubSpot, keep data accurate and help continuously improve messaging, playbooks and KPIs
Events, Trade Shows & Go‑Lives: You support planning and execution — from on‑site lead handling to CRM follow‑up
Day‑to‑Day Operations: You relieve the Co‑Founder on selected topics and ensure tasks reliably cross the finish line
Materials & Content: You update sales and investor materials, prepare content and extract insights from customer projects (e.g., updates, short decks, learnings)
Organization & Planning: You coordinate team events, business travel and internal processes
Ops & Automation: You document, standardize and optimize processes (e.g., templates, CRM flows, small automations) — less manual, more scalable
Requirements
Initial hands‑on experience in sales / sales development / customer outreach / operations / project work (B2B is a plus)
Strong communicator, good listener and comfortable reaching out to people
Hands‑on, structured and reliable — you get things done
Enjoy variety: sometimes outbound, sometimes projects, sometimes org — while keeping an overview
Interest in topics around food & health
Motivated to grow with a young startup and take on responsibility
Proximity or interest in HR / corporate health / benefits or HR‑Tech
Experience with CRMs and digital tools (HubSpot ideal)
First experience with automation / no‑code tools (e.g., Zapier / Make) or process design
Event / trade‑show experience
