About the role

Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct meetings with clients to understand needs and current processes related to back-office products.
- Document and analyze the gathered information to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Gap Analysis: Compare the functionalities and features of the financial product with the solution available at the company.
- Identify and specify gaps between the client’s current system and the company’s product, producing detailed reports for the development team.
- System Parameterization: Work on system configuration and parameterization together with the technical team, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Perform validation tests on the parameterizations implemented, ensuring system functionality and effectiveness.
- Client Support: Provide technical support and consultancy during the implementation process, answering questions and guiding the client on using the system.
- Maintain effective communication with the client, ensuring their expectations are managed appropriately.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with development, testing, and support teams to ensure proposed solutions are implemented effectively.
- Participate in project follow-up meetings, presenting status updates and results of analyses performed.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and tests, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible to the team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience as a business analyst, preferably in financial institutions or fintechs.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with databases, troubleshooting, and servers.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A passion for and curiosity about artificial intelligence.
- Critical Analysis: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose practical and effective solutions.
