Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: you’ll be a key part in developing the strategy for the UK business and aligning departmental strategies with the organisation’s overall goals.
- Drive impactful projects: you oversee cross-departmental projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with strategic objectives.
- Commercial excellence: you ensure the UK business relies on a comprehensive and robust set of KPIs to fuel high-impact decision-making and clear commercial actions.
- Operational efficiency: you’ll streamline operations and improve processes to support our growth, efficiency and scalability.
- Organisation: you make sure the right people are speaking with each other by organising meetings and schedules and preparing agendas, briefings, and materials for leadership meetings, management reports and company updates.
- Data Analysis: you’ll support strategic decision making by analysing key data, presenting insights to leadership for actionable strategies.
- Leadership support: You are the right hand of, and reporting to the Managing Director, gaining daily insights into the responsibilities of running a business
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting, in-house strategy teams or a fast-paced high-growth scale up
- Strategic acumen: proven ability to develop, implement, and align organisational strategies
- Analytical Thinking: robust analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced in financial analysis and corporate strategy
- Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures
- Exceptional communication: strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of driving business insights, actions, and accountability across organisations
- Startup mindset & owner mentality
- You are a team player and collaborator at heart
- Master’s degree in business administration, management or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
