- AI Delivery Lead at Tomoro driving AI consulting and solutions across APAC. Developing and scaling generative AI offerings to create transformative client value.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI consulting and solutions across APAC.
- Develop, deliver, and scale Tomoro’s generative AI offerings to create transformative value for clients.
- Build partnerships, expand regionally, and mentor a diverse AI team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with small Tomoro and client teams to design, build, and deploy AI applications.
- Tackle complex design challenges, ensure seamless transitions to deployment, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead delivery, mentoring, and stay updated on AI advancements, ensuring our solutions are reliable, ethical, and rigorously tested.
- Co-create cutting-edge applied AI business solutions with clients and colleagues that will realise meaningful value with a feasible route to reality.
- Support and prototype AI solutions and build engineering teams who can realise designs at scale.
- Solve complex delivery problems that arise during the development and scaling of AI solutions.
- Provide delivery guidance and leadership within the team, including mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to skill development.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to continually enhance the quality of solutions offered.
- Build robust, trusted relationships with senior business and technical clients.
- Uphold and actively contribute to ethical standards in AI development, including considerations for data privacy, bias minimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Work across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, amplifying your impact through effective team leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in delivering software solutions for enterprise.
- Strong experience leading teams to design and develop production-grade solutions in enterprise, involving: • Python application development
- Building microservices
- Data technologies
- Large language models
- You can demonstrate successful experience in both hands-on engineering and owning outcomes from inception to completion.
- You set high standards of technical excellence for yourself and your teams, providing guidance, identifying areas for improvement, and constantly striving towards better coding practices.
- You are comfortable explaining concepts and approaches to senior business leaders and both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have a history of supporting the professional development of engineers, creating a supportive environment which encourages learning and growth.
- You know nothing happens without engineers writing great code, and the role of a delivery lead is an enabler for our engineers to continue doing they do best.
- You proactively stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technology, connecting the dots and devising ways to apply new tools and techniques to real world problems faced by Tomoro and our clients. You contribute to the organisation’s knowledge base and assets and are developing a reputation in the market for your insights and expertise.
