Responsibilities
Lead the Organizational and People Development strategies and teams, covering Training & Development, Culture, Climate, Engagement, and Diversity, strengthening the company’s cultural identity and sustainable performance.
Define, guide and integrate initiatives to ensure alignment between strategy, purpose and employee experience.
Manage corporate and global programs and act as a strategic partner to leadership to sustain culture and support people development.
Promote a culture of continuous learning through the use of an e-learning platform to create an environment where all employees feel encouraged to grow professionally.
Plan and manage training activities for all employees, identifying development needs and designing programs aligned with company objectives.
Design and implement leadership development programs to ensure leaders are prepared to drive company results.
Define and manage the department budget, prioritizing high-impact, strategically aligned initiatives to enhance employee performance and company competitiveness.
Monitor market trends to keep the company current with the most effective people development practices and methodologies.
Manage training vendors and oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure contracted services meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
Evaluate KPIs and ROI of development initiatives to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of the department’s programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
Fluent English for work in a global corporate environment.
Proven experience in Organizational Development, including Training & Development, Culture, Engagement and Leadership Development.
Solid people management experience.
Experience in large organizations, preferably with global operations.
