About the role
- Senior Project Manager handling key industrial builds for TMX Transform. Responsible for project lifecycle, stakeholder management, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external clients to capture project requirements and prepare Project Requirement Documents
- Participate in the tender process to developers and/or contractors
- Manage stakeholder relationships, project managers, and external partners
- Set up and maintenance of the project monitoring tools and related permits
- Design management in accordance with project requirements documents and in line with client expectations
- Assist with developing construction programs
- Attend key project meetings and ensure accurate, timely reporting to both clients and TMX Project Directors
- Administration of contracts, Agreements for Lease and Leases as applicable to the project
- Align stakeholders on project objectives, deliverables, and timeframes
- Resolve planning issues and gain approvals
- Ensure training requirements are met in line with the expectations
- Understanding and delivering TMBOK
Requirements
- Builder Contract Administration experience is highly regarded
- Construction experience, preferably on site with builder in a management capacity
- Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred
- Proven experience in managing complex industrial and/or commercial facilities
- Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineers
- Exposure to property development or data centre projects is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS Project
- Due to role and business requirements, applications from IT Project Managers and candidates not based in the UK or Europe are not eligible for consideration
