About the role
- Technology Solutions Manager responsible for supporting project platforms in Retail Store Development. Managing IT initiatives and providing technical support across business-critical platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical system support across key platforms, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and light querying (SQL/Databricks)
- Ensure reliable day-to-day performance of business-critical tools
- Independently manage small to mid-sized initiatives by defining project scope, success criteria, milestones, and subtasks; tracking progress end to end; and proactively reporting status, risks, and outcomes to leaders and stakeholders
- Partner with PMs or lead delivery independently when appropriate
- Act as the point of contact for internal customers and end users
- Anticipate stakeholder needs by proactively sharing progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and decisions — not just responding to requests — and ensure stakeholders have clarity on status and next steps at all times
- Partner with developers, data teams, and other tech functions to coordinate integrations, data flows, or solution enhancements
- Translate business needs into clear technical asks
- Contribute to a team culture of accountability, urgency, and clarity
- Support shared goals by collaborating cleanly, escalating early, and closing loops proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
