Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of innovative training programs and organizational development initiatives for Tokio Marine’s Global AI Hub
Conduct organizational assessments to identify AI training and development needs across the Group Companies
Work with Group Companies to develop, implement and scale innovative learning solutions
Facilitate organizational change initiatives in adopting AI best practices
Manage Tokio Marine AI Training Network
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development and training
Use performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to improve training programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and training
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and organizational development practices
Proficiency in creating engaging training content with practical applications, especially in AI and data analytics
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or Organizational Development (e.g., OD Certification) are preferred
