Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative training programs and organizational development initiatives for Tokio Marine’s Global AI Hub
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify AI training and development needs across the Group Companies
- Work with Group Companies to develop, implement and scale innovative learning solutions
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives in adopting AI best practices
- Manage Tokio Marine AI Training Network
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development and training
- Use performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to improve training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and training
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and organizational development practices
- Proficiency in creating engaging training content with practical applications, especially in AI and data analytics
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or Organizational Development (e.g., OD Certification) are preferred
