Responsibilities
Build and develop the marketing structure (content, channels, processes)
Responsible for timpla's positioning and communication strategy
Translate company and sales objectives into marketing initiatives
Close and structured collaboration with Sales (sales marketing)
Create and refine online offerings as well as marketing and sales materials
Manage external service providers (design, agencies, freelancers)
Plan, prioritize and execute marketing projects
Prepare, plan and execute events and trade show appearances
Secure speaking opportunities for company representatives at industry conferences
Regular alignment and reporting to executive management
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in construction, architecture, industrial, tech, or related project-based sectors)
Hands-on mentality: you contribute ideas, take initiative and get things done
Ability to think strategically about marketing and execute operationally
Experience at the interface of marketing and sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident using common marketing tools
Ideally experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva — also for occasional minor graphic work
Enjoy building, structuring and further developing processes and initiatives
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
