- Senior Consultant responsible for leading the implementation of TIM's product offerings in remote sales operations. Collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and offering strategic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of TIM's product and service offerings in telesales operations.
- Translate strategic definitions into operational workflows, system configurations, and actionable guidelines.
- Drive the rollout of offerings through structured communication, operational training, and alignment with partners.
- Collect and structure operational feedback, ensuring quick adjustments and continuous improvement.
- Ensure correct implementation of commercial policies in systems.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing, IT, Operations, Credit, and Compliance.
- Ensure a structured go-live, operational stability, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks, systemic impacts, and opportunities to simplify the customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial processes, sales systems, and offer implementation.
- Analytical skills to interpret business rules and assess operational impacts.
- Strong structured communication skills and experience training commercial teams.
- Strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience in telecom telesales or large-scale operations.
