About the role
- Engineer responsible for application solutions in construction, providing technical support and conducting continuous updates. Focuses on market engagement through collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Updating of Technical Materials (catalogs and datasheets): Contribute to the continuous updating of technical materials together with the Marketing team, ensuring information is accurate and aligned with industry best practices.
- Propose Optimized Technical Solutions: Provide suggestions for technical optimization in coordination with the EVT (Project Analysis) department, ensuring more efficient and strategic solutions.
- Conversion of Competing Products and Opportunities to Introduce New SKUs: Identify projects specified with competing products (copper, steel, galvanized iron) and propose Tigre solutions to help expand Tigre’s market share.
- Production and Dissemination of Technical Content: Produce technical articles and materials for specialized media to promote Tigre’s expertise and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the industry.
- Technical Support for International Units: Provide technical support to international units, sharing best practices from T&C Brazil Application Engineering.
- Complaint Management and Customer Satisfaction: Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring compliance with deadlines and guidelines established by the Consumer Protection Code. Ensure the customer understands the service provided, fostering satisfaction and trust in the brand through clear, solution-oriented communication.
- Suggestions for Product Improvement: Analyze opportunities to enhance existing products and propose new solutions to the Marketing team based on market and field feedback.
- Commercial Support: Provide technical support to the commercial team across all channels by supplying information, training, and materials that help close new business and strengthen Tigre solutions in the market.
- Training of Professionals and Consumers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Engineering (preferably Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental).
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings.
- Knowledge of technical standards applicable to plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Must reside in São Paulo city or Greater São Paulo area.
