About the role

Responsibilities
- Support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs
- Build and update events based on work requests from clients
- Input accurate data into Ticketmaster ticketing systems
- Verify and communicate event info to all stakeholders
- Identify and resolve client issues and technical system errors
- Quality assurance for event configurations as required
- Track daily tasks and workload through Salesforce
- Support client empowerment by training them in self-service tools and facilitate promoter requests.
- Help onboard new team members as a mentor/buddy
Requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from the local market
- Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- H. S. diploma or equivalent required
- Must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Knowledge of how TM departments work together internally and externally with clients
- A certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required.
