Responsibilities
Support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs
Build and update events based on work requests from clients
Input accurate data into Ticketmaster ticketing systems
Verify and communicate event info to all stakeholders
Identify and resolve client issues and technical system errors
Quality assurance for event configurations as required
Track daily tasks and workload through Salesforce
Support client empowerment by training them in self-service tools and facilitate promoter requests.
Help onboard new team members as a mentor/buddy
Requirements
Service oriented, working with accuracy, structure, and organisation
Ability to communicate effectively with clients from the local market
Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
H. S. diploma or equivalent required
Must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
Knowledge of how TM departments work together internally and externally with clients
A certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required.
