Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and management of multi claimant equal pay cases.
Supporting lawyers on existing files and helping to progress cases through the litigation process.
Drafting correspondence and legal documents.
Preparing bundles and assisting with disclosure exercises.
Liaising with clients, tribunals, Counsel and other third parties.
Using case management systems and Microsoft Office effectively to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally within litigation or employment law, although this is not essential.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
A clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal.
An empathetic and professional approach to client care.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
Good IT skills and confidence using electronic case management systems.
